Once you have made use of this website and have placed an order through it as a user, you agree to use this website to make legally valid orders and not to make any illegal or fraudulent orders, with the owner MYFEST being authorized to cancel, void and report any action that is contrary to the law or these purchasing conditions. All information provided during the purchasing process must be valid and accurate, and the use of this website for any fraudulent purpose, or for the purpose of committing any crime or any other illegal activity of any kind, is expressly prohibited.

PRICE. DOES THE INDICATED PRICE INCLUDE VAT? The prices for the products on this website are detailed and include VAT (Value Added Tax). For the Spanish territory there will be no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge. Due to different taxes and regulations, Manifest cannot be sold in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (we are working to resolve this soon ).
DO I HAVE SHIPPING COSTS? The amount of national shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time of placing the order . (from €40, shipping costs are free for the customer)
For regulatory and logistical reasons, Myfest cannot be sold in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (we are working to resolve this soon).
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the price of each product will be made at the end of the purchase process and once the customer has completed all the data required to manage the shipment of the order, so payment by cash on delivery, transfer or similar system will never be possible. The payment methods accepted on this website are all credit card systems or Bizum companies through the secure payment gateway Redsy's.
You can then check the amount paid and the chosen payment method on the purchase receipt that will be sent electronically in the order confirmation email.
PURCHASE TICKET OR INVOICE: This will be issued after the purchase and the issuance of a simplified invoice ticket is expressly permitted and will be sent by email to the address indicated in the purchase process. In any case, said simplified invoice tickets will always be available in the private area if the customer has registered as a user of this website. The customer may revoke this consent at any time, having the right to request the issuance of paper invoices, by formally communicating this in writing to the address hola@manifestperfumes.com, without being conditioned to the payment of any amount.
DELIVERY TIMES
The maximum delivery time is 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. All orders are subject to product availability. We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by courier services. If necessary, we will make a claim to the logistics operator to offer you the best solution for your order.
If there are any difficulties with the delivery of the order by the logistics operator, or if the selected items are out of stock, the price paid may be refunded, if applicable. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
MYFEST has full authority to cancel any order if there is a technical error and/or typographical error of a manifest, evident and obstructive nature in the prices or in the rest of the product data contained on the website when the order was placed; due to lack of availability of the product; when the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent; when there are indications that the customer is a minor and/or is breaching any of the conditions set out in these General Conditions of Purchase; when MANIFEST has not been able to make the delivery to the address provided by the customer; when a computer attack, virus or any event occurs that is beyond reasonable control.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Myfest, customer satisfaction is the key to success. That's why our main goal is to make your shopping experience unforgettable.
If upon receipt of the product any perfume is damaged or broken, please take photos and send them to us within 48 hours to hola@manifestperfumes.com so that we can file a claim with the transport company. The shipment will be replaced to the customer again at no cost.
Our customers have the option of returning any item purchased through our website, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging. The box has a transparent label that guarantees its inviolability when leaving our warehouses. If this seal has been opened, the product is considered to have been used and no exchanges will be accepted.
If the customer wishes to return the product intact, they will have a period of 7 days from the day of receipt. In this case, no refund will be made, but a discount code or voucher will be generated for the same amount of the product to be redeemed in our online store www.manifestperfumes.com. Remember, we do not refund money.
The photos that appear on the Web reflect the image of our products. There may be variations in tone for graphic reasons without affecting the true image of the product you have purchased.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs arising from the return. We do not accept shipments with postage due.
Please send your returns via a reputable shipping company. Myfest is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during transport.
INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANIFEST products are protected and belong exclusively to MYFEST. The client may use them for personal use. The reproduction or subsequent resale of any of the products is prohibited.

FORCE MAJEURE MYFEST's performance of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of an unforeseen event or force majeure that prevents or delays performance. The following shall be considered as such, in particular, but not limited to: war, pandemic, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind and supply problems not attributable to MYFEST.
